We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Visual Merchandising Contractor/Trainer with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our team. You'll play a key role in implementing our retail strategies, ensuring optimal product presentation, improving traffic flow, maximizing shelf space, and ultimately enhancing the customer showroom experience.
In this dynamic role, your expertise in shelf and product grouping will be crucial in organizing and maintaining our visually appealing showroom displays. Our team will handle stock movement, allowing you to focus on your creative vision.
We are the premier leisure destination in Dubbo, NSW, situated in the heart of the West. As a Visual Merchandising Contractor/Trainer, you will have the exciting opportunity to represent some of the most renowned brands in the industry, including Jayco Caravans, Yamaha Motorcycles, Yamaha Marine, Honda Motorcycles, Mercury Marine, and Stacer Boats.
What you'll do:
- Create and maintain visually appealing product displays that adhere to brand guidelines and best practices.
- Ensure all products are customer-facing for optimal visibility.
- Collaborate with our parts and accessories team, training them to maintain visual displays and addressing any merchandising concerns.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to prepare planned promotions and displays.
- Ensure shelf space is maximised to ensure product is on display not in the store.
- Collaborate with manager and staff to align merchandising efforts with sales promotions and marketing.
- Conduct weekly or fortnightly visits to ensure merchandising standards are upheld.
What we're looking for:
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing displays.
- Proven experience retail merchandising, understanding retail strategies.
- Coach and train our team members in all aspects of Visual Merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our team.
