KeyResponsibilities:

·     Design anddeliver engaging and comprehensive training modules for culinary students

·     Providehands-on instruction in cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchenmanagement.

·     Assess andmentor students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

·     Collaboratewith industry professionals to ensure curriculum relevance.

Qualifications:

·     Provenexperience as a chef in high-end kitchens.

·     CertificateIV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. (Our client is happy to assist potentialcandidate with TAE Qualification if required.

·     Previousexperience in vocational education and training (VET) would be advantageous.

·     Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
