About Us
Carinya Lodge Homes Inc (Carinya) is a community-managed aged care and retirement living not-for-profit organisation. We run a profitable 60-bed aged care facility alongside 52 independent living units. Carinya’s mission is to provide respectful, innovative, quality service and accommodation for senior people within our local community, enabling them to live with dignity and independence in a caring environment that will foster pride, integrity, and growth for residents and staff.
Expressions are invited for community members who are interested in contributing to the governance of Carinya on our Committee of Management. We are interested to hear from individuals with skills and experience in one or more of the following fields:
- Experience in marketing strategy and performance in a community setting.
- High level of business acumen and risk management.
- Financial Management.
- Proven track record of being an innovator to deliver improved business results.
- Clinical Qualification EN/RN/Allied Health/GP/Pharmacist.
- Project management or land development.
