About the Role:
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Customer Success to lead their Customer Success initiatives and ensure their expanding client base's ongoing satisfaction and success. As a key member of their leadership team, you will shape their Customer Success strategy, develop scalable processes, and cultivate strong customer relationships to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy.
What You'll Do:
- Develop long-term Customer Success strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services and drive revenue growth.
- Develop retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyse customer data to inform product enhancements and advocate for customer needs.
- Lead and mentor the Customer Success and Integration teams, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles, with 3+ years in leadership positions
- Proven track record of driving Customer Success and revenue growth in a SaaS or tech company
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans
- Experience working cross-functionally to achieve common goals
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
