Waiter Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a WAITER SUPERVISOR in our Food Department. As a WAITER SUPERVISOR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that the department is well-stocked, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. We can offer sponsorship then N.T Dama. become a PR of Australia. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their food purchases, answering any questions they may have about products, ingredients, or recipes.
• Ensure that shelves, displays, and refrigerators are properly stocked and rotated, and that any expired products are removed and disposed of.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping the floors swept and mopped, and keeping food areas and displays clean and sanitize.
• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure that all products are stored and displayed according to local and state regulations.
• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, including new items, changes in recipes, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, with experience in the food industry a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 10kilo.
