• Join the development and own the execution of a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with Avec’s mission and business objectives.
• Establish and build strong relationships throughout the business.
• Positively consult to and influence key stakeholders on people related matters.
• Provide support and advice on technical matters with best practice and in accordance with legislation and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence and implement P&C best practices that support Avec’s growth and success.
• Drive innovation and look for opportunities to drive operational excellence into culture, processes, and technologies.

• Proven track record as a P&C Business Partner
• Ability to influence and lead P&C initiatives at a senior level.
• Proven experience in contributing to the design and implementation of a P&C strategy.
• Strong appreciation for process and detail while excelling in ambiguity.
• Go-getter attitude to drive positive change.
• Likes to have fun!
• Confident, collaborative, and solutions-orientated
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills and customer oriented with a focus to deliver to outcomes.
