Ridge Renovations, a leading home renovations company, is seeking a skilled Tiler to join our team full time. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks related to our residential renovations such as Screeding, Waterproofing, Tiling with Porcelain & Ceramics, various feature tiles and others general task on a renovation job site. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail and communication skills, as well as the ability to perform a variety of other tasks related to home renovations.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of bathroom floors and walls
- Tiling Kitchen & Laundry Splashbacks
- Concreting, Screeding & wall rendering
- Waterproofing
- Communicate with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to the desired specifications
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assisting with deliveries, fit offs and general daily task
Requirements:
- Must have own vehicle & valid driver's license
- Must have own tools
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, tile and concrete
- General knowledge of gyprock, plastering & render, fitting accessories through tiles, applying silicone.
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment as needed
