As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our team by:
- Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Attending Open Homes
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Providing market analysis and guidance to clients
- Staying updated on real estate market trends and developments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Attending inspections
- Prospecting
- Door knocking
- Cold calling
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as required
