As a Sales Assistant, you will:
✅ Provide essential support to our sales leader in all stages of the sales process.
✅ Assist with client inquiries and appointments, ensuring top-notch customer service.
✅ Maintain and update property listings and marketing materials.
✅ Coordinate showings, and property tours with buyers.
✅ Collaborate with valuer's and contractors to facilitate smooth transactions.
✅ Handle some administrative tasks, including paperwork and database management.
✅ Attending Open for Inspections/Auctions plus assisting in property set up.
✅ A high level of prospecting is required for this role.
✅ Lead generation (phone calls etc.)
✅ Diligent follow-up and keeping in contact with clients are a must.

✅ Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
✅ A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
✅ Proficiency in all real estate software (training provided).
✅ A valid real estate sales license is a must (not negotiable).
✅ A passion for real estate and helping people achieve their goals.
✅ At a minimum of one year in residential real estate sales.
