About the Role
A full-time opportunity now exists for the right individual looking to secure their future in a specialised Conveyancing role within a prominent Illawarra law firm.
Day to day will see you:
- Running files from initial instruction to post settlement;
- Liaising with clients;
- Arranging settlements; and
- Working on a mix of Residential, SMSF, and Commercial work
About You
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven residential and commercial Conveyancing awareness and acumen;
- Practical experience and understanding of Residential, Commercial & Conveyancing;
- Commitment to being part of a dynamic, and energetic team;
- Attention to detail and the ability to take initiative whilst working in a friendly team environment;
- Be able to provide clear and concise advice where required; and
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients;
Essential Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years working experience in Conveyancing;
- Have a positive and enthusiastic approach with internal and external clients;
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills;
- The ability to work well under pressure in a team environment to meet deadlines; and
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Desirable
- A current (or working towards) a NSW Conveyancing Licence;
