AddressSharon Moss Legal is a well-known legal practice located in Dee Why on Sydney's Northern Beaches comprising solicitors, licensed conveyancer and support staff.
We are offering a full-time legal secretarial/paralegal position with minimum two years experience to work supporting the senior lawyer and staff in family law and estate planning. Working well as part of a team is a necessary requirement. Family law and Estate work, including correspondence, dictation, drafting family law and supreme court documents, liaising with clients, invoicing, file management and other legal work as required are all part of the role. You must be proficient in legal-based software. Practice Evolve experience is preferred. Must have a strong attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and initiative to work. Must have excellent time management and organisational skills.
