- Casual ongoing role with view to perm
- Afternoon shift 2pm – 10pm
- West Footscray Location
- $38+ per hour
Reporting to the Warehouse Co-ordinator, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- General administration and support to the Warehouse & Customer Service teams
- Liaising with clients, transport companies and the Customer Service team to organise transport and deliveries
- Processing returned goods
- Answering phone calls and emails and other general administrative duties
- Use of Microsoft Office suite & Greentree ERP system
- Collating paperwork, data entry & document filing
- Creating labels and manifesting to prepare for dispatch with courier companies
- Pick packing in the warehouse only as required for urgent orders
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills:
- Proven experience in an Administration role – Warehouse Administration advantageous
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- A bright and positive attitude
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
