About the role – Are you a dedicated team player who has the ability to work under pressure? As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operations of our business. Reporting to our Production Manager, you will run our small warehouse, and be responsible for both outwards and inwards goods, stock control, picking and packing, in addition to providing general administrative support to the rest of our team.

Key responsibilities & duties
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Assessing priority of orders, and booking the appropriate courier
- Stocktaking and stock management
- Oversee quality control of incoming goods
- Maintain organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Prepare daily dispatch report
- General admin support including creating quotes, preparing order sheets and ordering product samples
Essential criteria

Skills and experience
- Customer service experience will be highly regarded
- Candidates with a retail stock handling background are encouraged to apply

- Able to perform under pressure with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated computer literacy in MS Office & Google Suite products
