Role Overview:
As a Function Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Clubhouse Manager, Head Chef other Heads of Department. Your responsibilities will encompass a mix of administrative tasks, direct customer interaction, staff coordination, and the hands-on management of events and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage all facets of event planning and execution, ensuring each guest experience is delivered flawlessly.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all enquiries, managing bookings and customer interactions with a focus on best in class service.
- Coordinate with the Food and Beverage team to innovate and implement new event concepts.
- Actively seek out and cultivate relationships with corporate clients and other regular guests to maintain and expand our client base.
- Maintain a high level of organisation and staff direction, while providing direct service as needed.
- Develop thorough knowledge of all club services, promoting club activities and membership.
- Perform various administrative duties including handling transactions, use computer systems related to bookings and POS, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
