Warehouse / administrative assistant

The Company

We are a Japanese owned, industry leading company selling high end water ionizing machines. We are looking to welcome a highly motivated, passionate all-rounder to join a small, friendly, busy shipping/service team.

THE ROLE:

This Warehouse / administrative assistant position is an all-rounder role and is a casual position with working hours: Monday – Friday, 9 – 5.

• Picking and packing orders
• Scheduling orders for dispatch
• customer service both in person, on the telephone and via Email
• stock management
• General upkeep of the warehouse
• Assisting the Warehouse Supervisor where required

About you

We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual.

You will also have;
 

• A ‘team focused’ approach
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Warehousing experience is preferred
• Proficiency using SAP will be highly valued
• Willingness to learn
• Physically able to complete the hands-on duties
