Warehouse and Distribution Manager
Full-time position: $120K/year based on experience + Super, company vehicle and mobile

This position requires:
Overseeing and optimising all aspects of NSW Warehouse and Distribution operations by developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the logistics efficiency, productivity and overall performance, to provide a safe work environment and to meet or exceed requirements in the accurate and timely delivery of our customers' products to their destination.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including the warehouse facility, production factory, equipment, and team members.
- Preparing and implementing plans to maintain stock levels at minimum cost
- Ensuring effective management of all deliveries to the service and construction sites.
- Coordinating with all business departments to investigate/resolve client complaints
- Directing the inventory team ensuring quality control of all incoming goods and implementing of inventory control initiatives
- Proactively manage the Occupational Health and Safety Standards within the business.
- Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to meet business supply requirements
- Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage and Distribution transactions
- Recording systems to track all movements of supplies and goods, and ensuring re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times
- Monitor activity, and identify and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Report on operations as needed
- Recommend improved operating policies and processes to reflect best practices within the business.
Qualifications requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or logistics management. Five years of experience may substitute the qualification requirement.
Experience:
2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution management.
