SalaryBased at our Ermington site, our Tip Top Chilled & Frozen team are seeking a passionate and safety-first mindset individual to lead and direct activities within the Warehouse and distribution function, ensuring agreed KPIs and sales objectives are achieved in a timely, cost effective and safe manner.
Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain & Planning Manager, this role is fast paced and dynamic which requires a hands-on approach.
Purpose of the Role
- Demonstrate constructive leadership, building a team of accountable people who can deliver the business goals
- Promoting a strong Safety culture within your team and the Ermington Site
- Identify and actively promote continuous improvement to product, processes and systems within any facet of the work environment
- Direct and manage the manning and rostering of team for all areas to meet service level requirements and budgeted resource requirements
- Direct daily loading and associated supply, ensuring standards and process are adhered to and aligned with national policy and compliance
- Manage compliance to COR TT standards& investigations as required
- Reporting of food safety incidents and incidents of product that does not meet specification either from a Quality, Food safety or legality perspective
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience leading a team and managing warehouse/transport and Supply Chain activities in FMCG environment
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or related discipline will be highly regarded
- Extensive experience in using SAP and strong knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement
- Strong Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a highly collaborative approach
