We are seeking a full time Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Lytton.
As the Warehouse Assistant, your primary objective is to ensure that documentation; labelling, palletisation and presentation are done accurately.
You will be responsible for movement/storage of product, loading and unloading of trucks and containers and to monitor key performance indicators such as movements, damage and on-time dispatch. You also ensure that warehouse & equipment is cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis.
A National Police clearance is required for this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Unloading/loading Freight
- Pick and pack products for delivery
- Process transport consignments
- Unpacking, labelling and storing of goods
- Undertake periodic stock-takes
Skills & Experience:
- Forklift Licence and current experience (preferable)
- Reliable, trustworthy, flexible and dependable
- Capacity to perform manual work
- Good attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Good attitude/self-motivated
