Claytons, a leading Kitchen & Cabinetry Manufacturer is seeking highly motivated, experienced and committed hands on Warehouse Coordinator to join our SA branch. As this is a growing area of the business, this role will develop and offer the successful candidate multiple career challenges and career satisfaction.
Reporting to the State Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- The day to day internal operations of the Warehouse & Logistics area
- Management of Inventory & Stock levels
- Unloading and loading trucks
- Arranging Truck runs
- Arranging Stone runs
- Organising Stone racks
- Updating Schedules
- Emails
- Data entry
- Basic Maintenances
- Occasional deliveries
- Occasional kitchen assembly
- Adhere to all operating policies, instructions and procedures of the business
- Ensure that the workplace conforms to all statutory and OHS requirements
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Warehouse & Logistics Experience Forklift Licence
- MR Licence
- Problem solving
- Working to a schedule
- Experience in using tools
- Strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction
- A Team player with strong communication skills & OHS knowledge
- Strong commitment to the company objectives
