We are a local Brendale based, specialty coffee roasting company roasting multiple coffee brands and coffee blends.
We aim to provide coffee lovers with an exceptional and informed coffee experience.
The successful candidate must love coffee and must be an experienced Warehouse / Dispatch Manager.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Contribute to overall business strategy and performance
- Pick and pack orders
- Lead warehousing and distribution strategy & plans
- Develop and lead team members
- Focus on continuous improvement across all areas
- Review and improve production efficiencies
- Monitor compliance to Safe Work practices (including mapping of warehouse and storage facilities)
- Lead negotiation of contracts for service suppliers
- Facilitate effective service supplier relationships
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3+ years’ experience as a Warehouse / Operations Manager, preferably within food or beverage manufacturing
- Experience leading complex projects
- Exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- The ability to drive performance and process improvement
- In depth knowledge and experience leading regulatory compliance and operations maintenance
- Practical understanding of WHS and HACCP requirements
- Amazing verbal & written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- A love for coffee
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to identify trends within the business
