About the Job:
We are seeking to hire a Warehouse Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible to lead and manage the Albury/Wodonga warehouse.
Your focus will be on the continual improvement of our distribution warehouse, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service, every time.
- Organising of supervision of warehouse operations: Goods Inwards / Goods Outwards picking and packing. Co-ordinating drivers runs and external carriers.
- Responsible for setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Close liaison with the sales team to ensure orders are processed efficiently to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new & existing clients.
- Make & receive phone calls as well as provide over counter sales support.
Qualifications for Warehouse Manager
- Warehouse supervisor or management experience
- Thorough understanding of warehouse operations
- Forklift Licence
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
