Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock control
Leading and motivating a team of warehouse personnel
Implementing and maintaining efficient warehouse procedures and safety protocols
Scheduling and allocating tasks
Ensuring adherence to all quality control standards and compliance regulations
Identifying and implementing cost-saving solutions
Maintaining accurate warehouse documentation through SAP or similar.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Selection Criteria:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role
Proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a working knowledge of warehouse management software (WMS) preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
