Form of workOur rapidly growing client is on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their newest warehouse based in Truganina.
About the Role:
- Spearhead operations at our client's flagship warehouse located in Truganina.
- Drive process enhancements and implement new workflows to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Manage budgetary allocations.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless operation.
- Introduce the Truganina facility into an extensive warehouse network.
- Establish a forecast framework to align demand with resource planning.
- Champion safety protocols to meet and exceed WHS goals, including incident reporting.
- Lead workforce development initiatives, coaching and inspiring staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing new processes and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to recruit and build a high-performing warehouse team.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled in relationship building, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership acumen.
- Proven track record in warehouse management, preferably overseeing large facilities
- Experience managing warehouse budgets
- Demonstrated success in developing teams to achieve ambitious fulfillment targets.
- Ability to effectively communicate and align teams with organizational objectives.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is advantageous but not mandatory.
