Warehouse Manager

Job Description: 

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including order processing, pick and pack, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. In this position, you'll enjoy a balanced split of 50% of your time in the warehouse and 50% in the office, offering a dynamic blend of hands-on operational work and strategic administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day warehouse activities, including picking & packing, receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Management of all warranty claims and returns.
• Respond to and deal with internal customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Implement and maintain stock management systems to accurately track stock levels and conduct regular stocktake.
• Organise warehouse layout and storage systems to optimise space utilisation and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse work or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Forklift license and experience are essential to this role.
