The Job:
A role with purpose, as the Operations Coordinator you'll be a part of making a difference in people's lives, joining the mission to create a world without the fear of cancer. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the Business Operations Team. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Commercial Excellence, you will handle critical customer enquiries, manage email communications, and provide essential support to the Field Service team. Your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, handling urgent service requests, and maintaining accurate records. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, possess excellent organisational skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this role is tailored for you.
It's all about...You:
With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the MedTech/Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate is an expert in providing exceptional customer service, proficient in systems like SAP or Salesforce, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. If you are someone who can navigate through the most challenging customer situations, exercise good judgment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, we want you on board.
