A young and dynamic Water treatment industry leader, based in the vibrant Sydney North-West, is seeking a passionate and organized individual to take ownership of their Warehouse Operations.
About the Role:
As the Warehouse Operations Maestro, you will orchestrate a harmonious symphony of processes, shaping the heartbeat of our operations. This full-time position will empower you to:
- Master the art of picking, packing, and dispatching orders with precision and efficiency - approximately 20 parcels per person
- Conduct masterful inventory management, monitoring stock levels, and advising on strategic purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with freight companies, seamlessly coordinating stock arrivals and order dispatching
- Maintain meticulous records, ensuring accurate tracking of stock on hand and movement
- Curate an organized and pristine warehouse environment, fostering operational excellence
Key Attributes:
- A self-motivated visionary with a positive outlook and unwavering integrity
- A confident communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills
- Outstanding time management abilities
- A computer-literate professional with a keen eye for detail
- Mechanically minded and able to use basic tools
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kgs when required
- A valid driver's license
- Experience in self-managing warehouses of 200m2
Additional Assets:
A forklift license would be an invaluable addition to your skill set. However, training will be provided to the right candidate.
