We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative/Parts Coordinator for our Newman Branch. This role encompasses traditional Customer Service tasks, as well as the day to day running of the warehouse. The role is being offered on an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth or Newman residential on a 12 month maternity leave contract.
You will need to have the ambition to learn and develop in the role and the ability to meet the ever-increasing needs of our customers in a rapidly changing environment.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- The development of strong customer relationships
- Quoting customers and managing parts enquiries
- Local inventory maintenance, including stocktake
- Participation in the on-call support roster for emergency customer support
- Stock quality monitoring
- Goods receipt/dispatch
- Local freight deliveries
- General administration as required
Key requirements of the role would include:
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong computer literacy with attention to detail
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to organise, manage workflow and multi-task
- Be adaptable to ensure our clients' needs are met
- Must possess a valid driver's license and forklift ticket
The successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. A positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations are essential to the job.
As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen amongst other verification requirements.
