This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries
- Receiving incoming stock
- Efficiently picking orders from designated pick slips
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- Handling necessary paperwork
- Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a high-paced environment
This is a full-time, permanent position located at our warehouse facility in Geebung, Queensland. The working hours are 38 hours per week.
About You
We welcome applications from individuals with additional expertise in warehouse administration or procurement, along with the following skills. We look forward to hearing from candidates who can complement their operational proficiency with broader warehouse-related experiences.
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience in pick packing
- Some experience or exposure with computer applications (warehousing/logistics)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
- Possession of a valid Driver's License
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Successful completion of a National Police Check (conducted by us)
- Provision of all required Right to Work information (Birth Certificate and/or Passport)
- Reliable personal transportation (please note that public transport is not available to the site)
