About the Role:
My client requires a highly skilled Change Management Consultant to run the day-to-day change program with the marketing function of the business for their large retail organisation. This is critical role in their business as they embark on a journey of transformation to evolve and drive robust processes across the whole team, enabling growth and add greater value to the broader business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the business Change Management program, plan, develop and coordinate the business change strategies.
- Identify integration points with other Change Management priorities and projects across the organisation and seamlessly connect these plans and communications.
- Detailing and managing the stakeholder impacts, mapping out detailed change impact and assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business change program.
- Facilitation of workshops with key stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Track record of landing formal change programs within a Marketing function.
- Experience in retail or FMCG.
- Ability to speak the same language as the Marketeers and bring them on the change journey is a key component of this role.
- Strong Stakeholder influence and management skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and written communication skills.
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to draw insights from data.
- Change Management qualifications or similar
