Role overview
We are looking for a friendly and motivated person that has experience in picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. The hours of work are full-time from 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Solbari is based at Port Melbourne, and we are looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities of role
- Pick and pack products for customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Use computer and WMS scanning for packing
- Keeps products separated, organised and in good rotation and performs stock takes as required
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area and follows all WHS processes
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and experience required
- Previous experience picking/preparing products for distribution - manual pick-packing experience is preferred but not necessary
- Experience in apparel an advantage
- Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well as perform tasks autonomously
- Able to follow safety guidance and processes to ensure a safe working environment
- Proactive, positive attitude
- High attention to detail
