We are a small, flexible, friendly, innovative sunglass and surf accessory business based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast since 2002.
The Role
We are looking for a full time Warehouse team member to join the Liive Vision and FK Surf family. Our distribution is fast paced and dynamic with both domestic and international shipping. The new team member will work with our warehouse team and be responsible for pick and packing of incoming and out going orders.
Tasks & responsibilities
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for general warehousing duties. Tasks will include.
- Picking and packing of orders for trade customers.
- Receipt, unloading, checking and storage of inwards goods.
- Local deliveries as required.
- Assisting to maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, yard & amenities.
- General warehouse tasks as required.
- Packing and dispatching online orders.
- Problem solving, innovating new ways to do things.
- Ability to enjoy a large variety of tasks common with running a small business.
Skills
- Customer service focused.
- Strong time management skills to enable execution of tasks.
- Excellent communication skills having regard to warehouse/office staff and customers.
- Not essential but preferred: Experience in a warehouse role with sound knowledge of the workings of a goods in/goods out distribution business.
