We are seeking a self motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our team. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you'll primarily focus on picking and packing orders, assisting with container unloading, and supporting stock reworking activities. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to collaborate with the team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
The successful applicant will:
- Efficiently pick items according to order specifications and pack orders securely and accurately for safe transportation.
- Ensure orders are prepared and ready for dispatch on time.
- Work with the team to handle items safely and efficiently during unloading.
- Help organise and distribute incoming stock to designated storage areas.
- Support stock reworking tasks, including repackaging or relabelling items.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain organised stock for efficient picking and packing.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure proper handling and storage of stock.
- Assist the warehouse team in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
- Participate in training new team members as required.
Our successful candidate will have / demonstrate:
- A good level of physical fitness and be able to lift and move heavy objects.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
