- Goods Reception: Efficiently manage the receipt of goods in the warehouse, ensuring thorough inspection and verification.
- Returns Management: Oversee the return of items from the field, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Dispatch Coordination: Ensure the correct dispatch of goods, managing paperwork and liaising with carriers for timely pick-up.
- Product Packaging: Prepare products for dispatch with attention to safety and standards, including internal and external deliveries.
- Inventory Recording: Accurately log received stock into the system, maintaining up-to-date inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Uphold the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Stock Management: Perform monthly stock-takes of capital equipment, contributing to inventory accuracy and control.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced in warehouse operations, with a solid background in inventory control and order processing.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and forklift licence, capable of navigating warehouse logistics efficiently.
- Exhibits strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring operational excellence.
- Highly organized and methodical, adept at managing multiple tasks.
- Possesses basic to intermediate computer skills for efficient data management.
