As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking two Warehouse Storepersons, one for our Paint Store and one for our Parts Store, to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Warehouse Storeperson at The Bayford Group, you will play a vital role in our operations, responsible for various warehouse duties including picking, packing, and receiving/dispatch of goods. These entry-level positions offer an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the Automotive Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming goods following appropriate procedures.
- Pick and pack orders, complete courier and transport documentation.
- Perform general filing of receipts and invoices.
- Organize the storage of parts efficiently.
- Check picked orders, process invoicing and branch transfers.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse area.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with periodic stock checks.
- Adhere to warehousing and inventory procedures.
- Utilize warehouse computer systems effectively.
- Assist with delivery driver duties when required.
Work Hours:
- Parts Store Warehouse Storeperson: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
- Paint Store Warehouse Storeperson: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Mandatory driver's license.
- Forklift license desirable.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent time management and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to undertake physical manual labor.
- Good computer skills.
