We are seeking a capable and proactive person to join our Kings Meadows warehouse team. The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team of warehouse staff and truck drivers to ensure the successful management of Pure Foods Eggs warehousing and distribution operations.
The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with all levels of management and is a key contributor to the successful delivery of operational outcomes. This role is a full-time role.

- You have strong verbal, writing, reading and math skills (at grade 10 or above level)
- You are self-motivated with good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- You are experienced in operating basic machinery or willing to learn.
- You enjoy looking for efficient ways of working without compromising quality or safety.
- You have a car, forklift and truck license (HR Preferred, MR & Forklift are required)
Key tasks include:
- Lead a team of staff with a focus on optimising output through constructive communication, engagement & coaching.
- Ensuring that sales order deadlines are met and that orders are sent out accurately and on time.
- Ensure team compliance to workplace safety standards according to OHS guidelines, company policies, and auditing requirements.
- Coordination of warehouse operations including picking and packing, labelling, belt collection, distribution, stock control and stock rotation.
- Maintaining warehouse, yard, and storage areas in a clean, organised, and safe state.
- Receiving and dispatching goods including the unloading of shipping containers.
- Truck driving, loading, and unpacking as required.
- Coordination of rosters for warehouse and truck driver teams.
Desirable qualifications & experience
- Medium rigid truck licence
- Forklift license
- Experience in a leadership role would be advantageous.

Work hours are generally 9.00am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri, however, these hours can vary depending on the needs of the warehouse and the successful candidate.
