As the Shift Supervisor, you will report directly to the Site Operations Leader and play a key role within our leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing your shift team and coordinating production and logistics at the plant. Your success in this role will stem from your ability to build an effective team culture that promotes safety, communication, collaborative problem-solving, and ongoing development.

What Will You Do?

• Lead and supervise our operations area, including product scheduling, machine operation, and maintenance.
• Support and assist your team with daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and mitigate risk, ensuring on-time delivery for our customers.
• Champion safety standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Grow and mentor your team to enhance their technical capability.
