Our client, a leading medicinal cannabis distributor, is seeking two driven and experienced Warehouse Supervisors for their facilities in the Inner South and West of Sydney.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage daily warehouse operations and teams, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.

Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Leading, training, and motivating warehouse staff to achieve KPIs.
• Ensuring efficient and accurate order processing.
• Assigning tasks and balancing workload distribution.
• Continuously evaluating and improving warehouse processes.
• Maintaining accurate inventory management and timely order fulfilment.
• Escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Collaborating with compliance and customer service teams to resolve product complaints.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
• Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

• A customer-focused mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keen attention to detail for accuracy in inventory management and documentation.
• Previous similar experience in the complementary medicines or pharmaceutical industry will be highly regarded.
