Responsibilities
As the Warehouse & Transport Supervisor, you will oversee Dispatch warehouse operations, order fulfilment, and logistics. Ensuring efficient and productive operations while maintaining high quality standards will be your prime focus.
You will lead continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban to enhance productivity. Collaborating with customer service, sales, and other teams to deliver exceptional results for customers will be crucial. Additionally, you will conduct performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and training for your team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, production, or operations management.
- Knowledge in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
- Good understanding in warehouse management systems, databases, and related software.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfilment, and supply chain operations.
