We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced full-time Warehouse Supervisor to join us in our Ascot Warehouse location.. As Warehouse Supervisor you will supervise, plan and coordinate all daily operations in the OEM Group warehouse.

ABOUT THE JOB
In this role, you will:
- Supervise and control order picking, goods in and out, receives and dispatch
- Plan, coordinate and oversee warehouse team duties
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with other departments and store locations Australia wide
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies to ensure on time dispatch
- Provide hands on support for the warehouse assistants to ensure operational timelines are met and set a good example of team
- Liaise with management to prepare reports
- Analyse performance and work towards continuous improvement and quality control
- Plan and carry out regular stock takes
- Monitor stock levels, order and plan to prevent shortages for operations
- Ensure consumables are readily available
- Other tasks required by Line Manager
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst leading them
- At least 5 years experience working within Warehousing and Logistics
- Supervisory experience particularly task allocation and scheduling
- Previous experience using a Warehouse/Inventory Management System.
- Strong attention to detail
