Australian distributor is currently looking to expand upon its National Team and make an offer to National BDM or experienced sales professional that can add a new energy to the national sales team. This business has been up and running and have world class products within Material Handling. With a national team and representing of Global International brand you will highly motivated to not only offer the product to the market but also be the face of the brand throughout Australia.
POSITION –
IN this position you’re required to go through some serious training but also work with the national sales manager to recreate this role and start focusing on driving new sales and winning customers. In the beginning days you will need to go through training and learn how to sell this equipment from different weights, boom sizes, attachments and machine capabilities along with delivery times, marketing brochures & material and key points of selling the machine.
Providing expert practical and technical service to clients through education, knowledge and enthusiasm is an everyday requirement. Working with the major Waste / construction / forestry / local councils & quarries plus large construction companies like Thiess, Downers, Leighton’s, Boral, Xstrata, Watpac, HI Tec, and Hutchinson’s. Your focus will be on the growth of the product plus oversee and implement strategies in new areas of product sales.
With the market changing and new areas of growth you’re to oversee constant growth for the products. We are looking for someone to have contacts in the following key areas –
- Fertilisers plants
- Batching plants
- Waste & Recycling
- Timber
- Quarries
- Marine
- Forestry
- Mineral processing plants
Your outstanding track record in new business sales distinguishes you from your peers. Your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills are underpinned by your keen business sense and commercial acumen. You are driven to succeed and are renowned for your strategic business thinking, technical expertise and solution-focussed approach, encompassed by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and marketing strategies.
The focus to the role is to develop and deliver high quality customer service and make mark in the industry.
CANDIDATE REQUIRMENTS –
- Trade or Engineering Qualifications
- 1 – 3 year’s experience in sales of either mechanical solution or Capital Machinery.
- Willingness to travel throughout Australia
- Strategic and business driven.
- Calculated and methodical in your approach.
- Willingness to learn and build a career within cranes.
WHATS ON OFFER –
The starting point will be a base of $130,000 - $140,000
- Company Car
- 11% Super
- Commissions and full training and support from management.
As the years go on and you start building your career you could see your base go North of $150,000
- Car
- Super
- Com’s / Bonus.
