A multi-award-winning Australian Manufacturing company Reln Group is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team.

This hands-on role will be to control and direct the efficient management of our Brendale warehouse and to constantly review our current processes to increase productivity.

The duties and responsibilities of this role include:

·       Stock up warehouse to maximum levels to cover local and interstate market sectors.

·       Liaise with SYDNEY warehouse re: stock requirements.

·       Manage staff. Motivate and encourage team work to ensure the warehouse is run efficiently.

·       Provide information and support to Customer Service in Sydney.

·       Manage RMA’s.

·       Implement system of rolling stock takes.

·       Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity.

·       Monitor timesheets and manage leave requests.

·       Ensure all WHS requirements are maintain.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

·       A minimum of 3 years Warehouse Supervisory experience

·       Strong people management skills

·       Forklift license

·       Good computer skills

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Excellent communication skills

·       High energy levels with a desire to make a positive impact on our business.
