We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support our fast-growing branch based in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for proactively leading the warehouse team in all aspects of receiving, dispatch and day to day operations of the warehouse.
In a fast-paced environment with a high demand for our products, organisation and motivation will be the key and your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:-
Duties:
- Day to day management of current warehouse team and all aspects of the warehouse operations.
- Face to face customer service and order processing at the Warehouse Service Counter.
- Overseeing and completing orders - pick, pack and dispatch of orders to ensure deadlines are met and orders all go out accurately.
- Booking in of freight via online portals and over the phone.
- Receiving in of stock from local suppliers or branch transfers including putting away fast and correctly.
- Loading and unloading of freight trucks and shipping containers.
- Production related duties to assemble stock or for custom orders.
- Stock control and stock take management.
- Scheduling of local deliveries and pickups to provide best service and most cost-effective solution.
- Manual handling, forklift driving, and some lifting involved.
- General warehouse maintenance and all other duties as required to provide a No.1 warehouse environment for customers and team.

You will be an integral part of our growing team and be required to lead by example and take control of the warehouse operations. This will require a strong work ethic and an ability to think on your feet.

Current forklift licence and full driver licence ESSENTIAL. Experience in warehouse operations is a must for you to succeed in this role.
