About the Role:
As a full-time Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a fundamental role in our WA Production Team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who embraces a proactive, friendly approach, values efficiency, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Freight Inwards: Coordinate the efficient receipt of goods from suppliers.
- Freight Outwards: Organise the seamless and accurate shipment of goods.
- Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory.
- Ensure orderliness/organisation of the warehouse
- Oversee the loading of trucks and the unloading/loading of containers.
- Manage and oversee delivery schedule runs and inter-company transfers
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring efficient order fulfillment processes (direct involvement in picking and packing).
- Ensure strict compliance with OH&S regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new warehousing management and efficiency systems.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Forklift license is essential.
- Customer and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong willingness to learn, contribute to the team, and follow instructions.
- Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Physically fit and healthy.
