A typical month might look like:
- Proactively identifying and converting new development opportunities to grow the Bishopp portfolio.
- Engaging with prospective commercial partners, developing commercial proposals, and leading commercial negotiations.
- Overseeing development projects from due diligence processes to delivery within an approved budget.
- Maintaining client records in the CRM and supporting department reporting and transparency.
- Collaborating with the Commercial Director and other stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives.
- Maintaining a professional image of the company and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What we are looking for:
- Five years' business experience in a comparable role with a focus on Business Development and relationship building.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and deliver administrative and reporting functions in a service-driven organisation.
- Current driver's license and flexibility to meet client and work requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programs, and ability to learn new technology.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and professional with a positive attitude and high level of integrity.
