Warehouse Supervisor

An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Supervisor to work at our Victorian warehouse in Sunshine West.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to help drive our busy warehouse, using high-level administration experience, warehouse knowledge, and multi-tasking skills, you’ll be supporting the warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment. 

The Role

• Control the workflow in the Melbourne warehouse.
• Print and prepare all paperwork for kit builds.
• Processing of productions and kit sales orders in BAAN.
• Create warranties for any serialized components.
• Monitor and update completions on workflow spreadsheet.
• Maintain completed replenishment orders.
• Liaise with customer service to coordinate freighting kits.
• Prepare GRNs for incoming stock.
• Send completed GRN signed and dated to Logistics.
• Run periodic cycle counting.
• Monitor stock requirements and advise Logistics.
• Help to support the day-to-day workflow for New Zealand, Western Australia, and Brisbane Warehouses
• Support store people including ongoing training.
• Checking emails and answering telephone queries
• Provide support as required in the warehouse.
• Manage waste collection, book waste transport ensuring waste certificate available.
• Monitoring warehouse consumables
• Assist with data entry and reporting as directed by the Logistics Manager
• Ad hoc duties and cover leave for the Logistics Manager 
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

• Administration experience in Warehouse environment essential
• High quality interpersonal skills, the ability to recognize customer needs and meet them in a timely manner
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in Outlook and Excel (for data entry, basic Excel, and filling in tables)
• Effective communication skills / ability to work within a team and fit into our company culture
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• Must have a driver's license and own transport.
