- Manage and maintain extremely active calendar
- Communicate directly and on behalf of the Executives’ with all levels of Leadership, Employees, Clients, and external stakeholders
- Compose and prepare various correspondence (at times highly confidential)
- Arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Screen and attend to a broad range of confidential and sensitive enquiries and telephone requests
- Conduct research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executives’, including those of a confidential or sensitive nature and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Act as a ‘barometer’ having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the Executives updated
- Corporate travel & expense management
- Provide strategic partnership support to Executives’ through various projects, strategic initiatives, annual planning, and day to day operations
What are we looking for?Ideally, you will have proven experience providing high level support to a Senior Executive ideally within the facilities/property or professional services industry. You will work autonomously within a sociable team environment with highly developed organisational skills, proactive work ethic and ability to multi-task.You will have strong formatting skills/ document creation and an advanced knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to track multiple schedules, projects, and assignments on behalf of the Executive team is essential as is the ability to work calmly under pressure.
