AddressAs our clients newly appointed Warehouse Supervisor you will lead in the daily operations of an OEM warehouse. As Warehouse Supervisor you will develop and lead a small team while being responsible for:
- Receiving and dispatching goods
- Perform cycle counts and manage inventory
- Procurement of raw materials
- Keep track of product quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times
- Processes receiving and shipping functions in the ERP system
- Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes
- Supervise, coach and train store employees
- Meet individual KPI’s set by the Service Centre Manager
- Manage logistics, delivery times and transport costs
You will bring with you your strong team building capabilities and OEM warehousing experience. Having previously made significant contributions to increasing efficiencies in this environment, you will also possess:
- Understanding of QA system requirements
- Logistic skills (packaging and loading freight)
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn in house ERP system
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to plan and organise
- This is a HANDS-ON role and will require a current forklift license
