About the role
We are currently experiencing sales growth and expansion and have an exciting opportunity within our team for a Warehouse Team Leaderin our Murarrie based operations.
You will operate the day-to-day activities involved with the supply of products from the warehouse to internal and external customers.
Day to Day responsibilities
- Picking, packaging and labelling goods for delivery in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Loading & unloading trucks.
- Receiving stock from internal factory and external suppliers, including sorting and preparing for quality inspections.
- Adhering to company WHS guidelines and procedures, ensuring workspace is free of debris, removing safety hazards from aisles and wearing appropriate safety PPE.
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals
- Participation in cycle counts and stock take
- Merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Communicate and help solve problems that arise in the warehouse
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Current forklift licence (LF & LO)
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible work roster
- Good communication skills
- Positive can do attitude
