As a result of this continued growth, we are moving to a new state of the art and modern premises in Yennora in 2025. Based in Villawood, We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to elevate our established team.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Coordinating and ensuring the day to day picking and staging of Production orders are completed in accordance with the business schedules and requirements.
• Support the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor by ensuring employees are trained and competent in their roles.
• Support management to ensure smooth operations of the warehouse and compliance with all systems, policies, and processes.
• Championing cross function methodology.
• Coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts and stock adjustments.
• Daily KPI reporting.
• Coordinate toolbox meetings discussing warehouse tasks for completion raising any staff, product, process and/or safety issues.
• Flexible to enable smooth work flows in all aspects of warehousing duties when required.
• Assist with the creation/updating of work instructions and staff training.
• Key point of contact between Production and Warehouse.
• A great attitude and commitment to the role
• Cross functional support of Finished Goods and Medical Devices when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment .
- A commitment to zero harm in the workplace and adherence to safe work practices .
- Ability to follow instructions, SOP's and have good communication skills
- Able to work well within a team and respect diversity in the workplace
- Able to perform physical duties as required, with no restrictions.
- Attention to detail.
- Solid numeracy skills.
- RF Scanner exposure, or experience within a WMS environment.
- A valid Forklift Licence preferred.
