We have an amazing opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join our brand new state of the art warehousing facility located in Yennora as an Outbound Team Leader.
About the role
Lead the Outbound team to ensure we constantly and safely meet our customer promise, whilst driving accuracy and productivity into the operation.
- Oversee and coordinate daily outbound activities at the Warehouse
- Oversee and coordinate consignment processes to ensure accurate and timely consignment of all outbound shipments
- Oversee and assist with the loading of outbound products onto the trucks ensuring products are dispatched neat, organized, and without damage and maximise loading times
- Brief the Drivers every morning
- Generate manifests for the drivers
About You
We are looking for a self starter who can lead and shape the Outbound Team through proper coaching and training and clear communications
Experience required:
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Strong time management skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with MS Office and general computer acumen
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Forklift License
